14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: HSC provides a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans, subject to the following conditions:
- After a Service Request: If you have initiated a repair, replacement, or any service under the plan, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund.
- Time Limit: You have 14 days from the start of your plan to request cancellation. This period is calculated from the start date provided in your documentation.
How to Cancel
Within the 14-Day Period:
- Phone Request: For the quickest cancellation process, please contact our customer service at 02038 087 145. Our team will review your account and proceed with the cancellation. If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Due to security protocols, refunds to alternative methods, such as cheques or postal orders, are not available.
- Email Request: You can also email your cancellation request to info@homesolutionscentre.net. Note that this might lead to delays, and we will need to verify your information over the phone before proceeding.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed immediately by HSC once the cancellation is confirmed. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. You may receive confirmation of the refund via email or SMS from our payment processor, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
