The Service

We agree, under certain terms and exclusions, to cover the costs of repairs or replacement of your appliance by an authorized repairer or through us directly, should your appliance fail outside the manufacturer’s warranty but within our service territory and period. The decision to repair or replace is at our sole discretion, with a maximum liability up to the replacement cost of the appliance, factoring in any conditions as outlined in this Repair Plan. This service is NOT an insurance product and is regulated by UK service contract laws and regulations.

Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard for payments, which are processed over the phone or via Pay By Link. Payments are required in advance and are taken as a one-off payment for the duration of your contract. There is no obligation to renew your Fixed Term Plan after it expires.

Pricing

Our Fixed Term Plans are available for 1, 2, or 3-month periods. For example, a three-month plan for one kitchen/home appliance is priced at £199.00. This is a one-time fee that starts immediately upon contract signing. For multiple appliances, separate contracts are required. We offer customized quotes based on your specific needs, without any obligation to accept.

Upon purchasing a plan, we will immediately begin your contract and send you the relevant documentation via Royal Mail 1st Class, expected to arrive within 5-7 natural days. If you do not receive your documents within 10 natural days, please contact us at 02038 087 145 for a duplicate.

Repair Request Procedure

As soon as you notice an issue with your covered product, contact our dedicated customer service team. You can reach us via phone or email. Our representatives are available weekdays excluding bank holidays to assist you.

When contacting customer service regarding a repair, be sure to have important information on hand to ensure a quick and efficient repair process. In some cases, our customer service team may attempt to resolve the issue by guiding you through simple troubleshooting steps. This could include checking power connections, resetting the appliance, or referring you to online support resources. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will schedule a technician visit. Depending on the nature of the breakdown, this may be handled by one of our certified repair partners or by the manufacturer’s authorized service team. Complaints Procedure

If unsatisfied with the initial response, you can escalate your complaint to management by the same email. For unresolved issues, your next step is to contact your nearest Trading Standards office for further assistance, after completing the initial two steps of our complaint procedure.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using the services of Home Solutions Centre Ltd, you agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the provision of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom, specifically England and Wales.
